Fashion Report:Leighton Meester the Queen Bee kept her composure beautiful

Despite major drama , the Queen Bee kept her composure in a beautiful, lace-embellished top by Nanette Lepore and equally stunning beaded skirt by Diane von Furstenberg. For accessories, Blair donned a silky rosette headband by Jennifer Behr, black pumps, and her favorite ruby heart ring. Always prim, always perfect!

Taylor wore it through what looked like a fun night at the Rock and Roll Hall of Fame's Annex NYC grand opening and the The Rowdy Collection Spring Preview Party. If I was wearing this flashy dress I would party hop, too.
