Nicole Richie and Joel Madden were spotted doing some shopping in Los Angeles.Nicole wears a Lovequotes rayon scarf in cashmere (a light gray) , she chose a form fitting Rick Owens Lilies tank dress and paired with her beautiful ruffle leather jacket by Marc Jacobs . She accessorized with her trademark oversized sunnies, Havaianas flip flops and the famous Balenciaga "City" handbag.
